-----------The bands-----------

*Polly Poison and her Electric Andtidote
Groove-driven indie rock with a dash of percussion all served with a dressing of Polly Poison herself? You haven't heard of her? To bring you up to date she has been seen on stages painted green from head to foot, jumping off anything available and generally provoking the crowd... Polly Poison deliver an energy that has any audience bouncing and begging for more!

*The Terror
Energetic indie from this young band, who draw influences from the Actic Monkeys and Pigeon Detectives. Expect a great show full of entertainment, as well as the band's excellent songs delivered with their trademark swagger.

*Without Reason
MK four-piece Without Reason came very close to grabbing the top prize at the MMG Bucks BoB with their well-performed and original rock set. Lead guitarist James displayed precision and their female vocalist was virtual perfection. These guys are ones to watch!

*Almost Presidents
Blazing a ska trail, the Almost Presidents performed a remarkably arranged set featuring two saxophonists, a trumpeter and a cover of The Little Mermaid's 'Under The Sea'. Almost Presidents could be compared to the ska punk scene which encompasses Less Than JAke and Reel Big Fish, but deliver it in their own unique way. The band displayed their musical talent as well as their ability to put on a great stage show. With enormous energy between the members, this act really could have any venue in their ska gaze! Almost Presidents took first place in the MMG Bucks Battle of the Bands 2010.

* Soda Scream
The barrier was rocking as Soda Scream took to the stage to deliver their rough and raunchy electro-rock. Their sensational vocalist Helen growled her way through a set of catchy numbers and the whole band were a pleasure to work with, both on and off-stage. The crowd were absolutely wild for their sound, at points screaming along. We’re predicting big things for these guys!

* Due To Loss
Before the band had started their second song the crowd were chanting the band’s name in unison – and this was a sign of things to come for the rest of the night. Taking a large share of the audience vote, Due To Loss and their straight-ahead, punch-packing rock songs got the evening going with a bang. The band played with a lot of heart and their songs deserve huge success. Watch this space!

The night will also be headlined by a guest act...
